Gaelic Football for boys and girls begins in September and runs until late November. Pupils are trained twice a week in John Locke Park by teachers and staff members. The school football team currently take part in the Roinn A football championship
Again our school football teams have experienced success at the highest level.
A number of pupils have represented our school and Kilkenny in Croke Park during the Cumann na mBunscol Mini-Sevens exhibition games. Past pupils to display their skills in Croke Park include Jason Corcoran and Lee Delaney.
